Company not clear my fnf

My previous company is not clear my Full and Final Settlement including Salary conveyance and gratuity dues since 2years ,  they always reply to clear outstanding amount due from Customers which I'm handling . Kindly suggest what the procedure for further action.

Quick Summary
If your former employer is withholding your Full and Final Settlement (including salary, conveyance, and gratuity) for over two years, and they claim it's linked to outstanding customer payments, you have recourse. You should issue a formal legal demand notice to the company, clearly stating your claim for the F&F settlement. Recovering client dues is not your responsibility once you've left the company, so you can disown that obligation and pursue your rightful payment.

The posting is short of material facts. What was the nature and status of your employment?

You issue a legal demand notice to the company demanding the F & F settlement including payment of arrears and balacne of salary if any due as on the date of termiantion of your employment.

Recovery of dues from the clients or customers of the company is not your responsibility especially after having put down the papers with the company.

you can disown the responsibility

Issue legal notice and demand your dues.
