I just took possession of my apartment, but only lift and swimming pool is working from amenity list. Other amenities like Solar System, Garden, Club House, Senior Citizen area, is not completed yet. and society is not handovered yet. May be it will take another 4-5 months to complete work.
So I have two questions
1. Are we need to pay society full maintenance from Nov 2017 ?
builder is asking maintenance cheque not on society's name. He asking cheque with their Chief Promoter as payee (Chief Promoter cooperative Housing Society)
2. So, is it Legal to pay maintenance cheque with their Chief Promoter as payee ?
