Hello sir,
I am working as a jailor in Karnataka Prison Department. I completed my probation period in the year of 2012. At the completion my probation period i got eligibility for promotion. at the same time i send the proposal for promotion. but DPC held in the year of 2013 jan. finally i got promotion in may 2013.
1] Can i claim promotion in retrospective effect?
2]if it is possible pls provide citation.
