Hi,
I am part of a music band in Bangalore. About a year back, we had done some shows for a hotel group based in Bangalore. A payment of Rs 30,000 is pending from their end till date with no response to mails / calls. Kindly let me know what legal action can be taken against them in this case

first send lawyer legal notice to them to pay ur amount with interest in 1 month time failing which u can file recovery suit in civil court.

Act before limitation sets in.
