Recovery of fine amount under ni 138

Is there any statutory provision which can be used to enforce the payment of fine by a company convicted under 138 NI, where the directior and manager have been held not guilty under 141??

 As per judgement, 90% of fine amount payable as compensation by convicted company to complainant and remaining amount to be deposited with govt.
