I want to know under
(1) what conditions can a woman (wife) file for a divorce?
(2) what conditions can a man (husband) file for a divorce?
(3) Can a woman (wife) file for divorce by shouting out that her marriage is not consumed; whilst in truth, the marriage is consumed. After which, there is also an equal participation from husband but for sure man (husband) couldn't be a casanova in this case. Active participation has diminished to very few participations and then zero participation (after woman <wife> left man <husband> on his birthday without any notice) because man (husband) couldn't digest the insults thrown by her and her family at him. To this work pressure and loan pressure only added spice.
(a) woman (wife) MBA plans (hence late night studies / early morning classes),
(b) few to many "tu-tu-mei-mei" arguments with woman (wife) which ended up in woman (wife) throwing things at man (husband) - in this case cooking oil,
(c) late night loud / bad mouth arguments by woman (wife) thus creating a scene in the apartment block at mid-night hour,
(d) woman (wife) abused <physically> husband many times at her parents place, thus man (husband) leaving his inlaws place at late night.
etc etc etc
