I am 56 years old and doing consultancy in project funding and and also dealing in life Insurance aa a agent.
After my B.Sc i did 3 years articleship under Chartered accountancy course and completed Intermediate Group 1 in 1982 and after that due to ill health, i am not completed the course( 3 year articleship completed in 1980).
Now i am interested to take up VAt practisioner registration.
Can i register with the authorities with this qualification?

which state you are belonging? Different States are having different Laws .Gothrough the particular State law

Yes, you do it. You deposited fess for nomination fees & apllied to department in specified formate.
