Are there any judgments on validity of board meetings through electronic medium? The Bill has not been approved as yet. so how far are these meetings valid as regards to Company Law.

Except on matters where it is permissible for the board to pass circular resolution it is necessary for the directors to attend personally for a face to face meeting and discussion to decide on the subjects on the agenda. This principles also applies to the meeting of members to constitute a valid meeting. In
