File complaint before court.

If they are threatening, lodge a complaint with the PS and then follow it up in court to register a case. Also, it would be good to record these threats. Regards, Shonee Kapoor harassed.by.498a@gmail.com

If phones are coming from a mobile then get details of IMEI.  Find out the identtity of the Mobile and then file a complaint.

Don't buy such softwares, they need to be installed in the target phones and are illegal in this country.

There's nothing illegal about the right to self defense. So the software mentioned above is not illegal as long as its for your protection. Read all Indian law books on the right to self defence. Moreover that software is not installed in anybody's mobile or gadtet. Its a spy software. Nowhere in the dictionary of Indian law it's mentioned that its illegal. There are no government acts/orders/memos/circulars to the effect. And govt. cannot interfere in private matters.
