you should be resident of Maharashtra for at least last 10 years.

I stand corrected. It is 15 years and not 10 years. Access the folloiwing link. you will get a proforma for domicile certificate.

After I got domicile by birth for engineerig admission, i have been temporarily residing outside maharashtra for last 18 years.

1. Do i call myself domicile of maharashtra?

2. Can I apply in MHADA lottery for Mumbai 2012, where I am having domicile issued (18 years back, by birth) but having temporarily residence outside maharashtra.
