Court application format on legal papers ? Advice needed

I am going to court as party in person with complaint printed on Green legal papers.

Do I have to get annexures photocopied on green legal papers. Is there any problem in getting the papers photocopied on such green legal length papers or should they be photocopied on white legal papers (or is normal A4 papers ok)

 Thankyou very much Shamina.

Is it ok to have annexures on normal white A4 size papers or they have to be white A4 legal.

Thanks in advance for your help.

From your query it is not clear in which court of law you intend to file your matter. If it is in High Court of Judicature, Mumbai, then you have to get the paper book typed in double space on ledger paper

Dear legal_seeking_justice,

For the purposes of filing of documents you have to see the local high court rules otherwise it is the descretion of the presiding officer to accept the same across the bar.

Hope this clarifies your query.

Thanks and best regards

Daksh
