Hi experts,

I am in a dilemma, please guide me.

Thay filled 498a,406,4&6 of D,P act...After certain time we signed MOU..

We filled MCD petition,and attached MOU with it.

First motion is completed, now she is mailing me please call i want to talk to you,

From their lawyer i come to know that they are not willing for the second motion,The case is not quashed.

Please guide me, If MCD cancels, if she files RCR,. Whom it will favour????

What are the precautionary steps to be taken by me.. They already taken half of the amount as per MOU

Friend,

Let her call you and you request her politely to quash all the cases. Also, demand for the money which you had given to her. If she accepts all your requests then meet her with some elders or with lawyers and decide the optimum future course of action. You can take back her home with some kind of MOU so that she cant take undue advantage of you and your family in future.

Hi sensitive man,

How can i take her back,i am not at all interested.

They filled cases against my father(who is a heart patient),mother ,sister (Marriage got cancelled). they demanded 30 lakhs.but we settled for 4 lakhs.

They are cheating still, they want to get money or spoil my career.

Its all pre-planned, i stayed only 4months with her,and my parents never stayed with her.

How can i trust her,I am ready to loose my career,but i will not take her.
