sir, i i married before last 3 months. My wife dont like me because she is well educated and i m only 12th. I also not gettting that much money from my job whatever she expected from me. In last two months she leave my home 2 time but because of threat of her brothers she return back. i want to ask u that if she leave again then what legal action i will take against her. May i take any legal action against her ?

You can file a case under section 9 of the HIndu Marriage Act, 1955 for the restitution of conjugal rights. Under this section court will direct you wife to stay with you as only because you are less educated or earning less money, doesnot gives your wife the right of derertation (to stay away from you).
