Questio on decree - partition suit -

in case of a partition suit with preliminary decree given,

a)can a appeal be made on prelimary decree while a final decree proceedings are pending ?

b) can a appeal gives a automatic stay on the decree/judgement?

c) if such stay is granted, how long does it take to get the stay vacated. understand appeal takes years to complete?

d) what is the wait time before a execution can be filed after preliminary decree is passed..is it only after the review/appeal wait period of 60 days?
