Quesry regarding 143 property.

Hello ,

I am about to purchase a land built on 143 plot. The person who bought this plot his name is not reflecting on Bhulekh as builder coverted this land into 143 before he sold it out. On bulekh it is still reflecting farmer name and builder name rather than owner name. My queries are below -

1) How to check the geniunity of 143 Land where ownr name is available.

2) Is there any lease for limited duration on such properties

3) Is it good to buy such properties

Before purhase of property you need to do title and search report for past 30 years.

It will show what kind of land it is or is there is any charge over that land.

No body will purchase property with any liablility.
