Query related to pcr filed in court

Respected Sir, Request your inputs on the PCR registered in the court. There was a PCR registered in court by my husband on my brothers saying that they threatened him and tried to beat and that wasnt true.. THe PCR was closed by the local police station with B report. Now that my husband has filed contest (i mean he want the police to do re investigate)... the court has asked police to do re investigation. the Police has again closed the case saying its a false allegation. Since both the times the police has closed the case with false allegation... what would be next step in this PCR? will the case be closed in court or still will my husband contest the case? Your inputs would be of great help. thanks,

Your husband may approach higher court if the present trial court close the complaint after final police report. He'll try his best to take revenge from you after whatever you have reported against him in your complaints made against him and his other relatives. It's give and take policy in this matrimonial dispute which can be resolved if with cool mind you approach genuine lawyer rather the one who bring more harm to you than relief from the court.
