Query regarding surety bond

Sir, Recenty im working in MSEDCL. I have sign surety bond of 3 year while joining MSEDCL.. But i want to switch from MSEDCL (Mahadiscom) to MSETCL (mahatransco). I want to ask that is there any provision for shifting of one govt company bond to another one so that i will not have to pay to MSEDCL for breaking it. And if yes, how can it be done?.
