Query for death claim over railways

I want to confirm if someone died in train by heart attack, so can his family claim on railways for compensation, pls suggest

NO. The death has not occurred to any actions / commission / omission of the Railways.  Therefore, in the fact situation stated by you, one cannot claim compensation from the Railways.
