Quash the fir

I would like to ask , my sister in law  has recently file a 498A case on me and my mother , she has not filed any case on my brother, can i take it to high court and apply for Quash

Quick Summary
If your sister-in-law has filed a 498A case against you and your mother, but not your brother, you may be able to apply to the High Court to quash the FIR. This is particularly possible if the allegations made in the First Information Report are vague, as the FIR forms the basis of the entire investigation. It is advisable to consult a local lawyer with your relevant documents for specific guidance.

The case of 498a can be quashed when there are vague the allegations in the FIR. A FIR is a first document on which whole investigation and chargesheet is based.
