Property transfer fraud

My mother who own property of her own ,is there any possibility of fraud if she signs on any stamp papers as she is not good english,as she has single child and she has doubt that she has signed papers for her brother without knowing bcoz of weak english reading Plz kindly help me with a solution Thank you
