Property stay

my house is built from 25 yrs... and there are some portion extra on front side from the starting.... and now are neighbour are threatning us to break tht front part... now suggest some legal way... also i have a que that if i want court stay to show them and give answer to the neighbours so that they cant do anything ... i also want to know that is there registry required for court stay?....

Dear querist,

Who are your neighbors to say dismantle front part, asks your neighbor to file case against illegal construction if so. Then fight case on merits. Neighbor does not have authority to give you order.
