Property share

My father has 3 sisters and one brother. my grandfather constructed house in hyderabad and died in 1972. father sisters got married before 1980. few months back grandmother also died. there is no will for that house.

Please explain how the property will be shared.

it needs to be shared equally among all the children of your grandfather i.e. 1/5th share shall be given to the 3 daughters each and 1/5th share shall be given to both the sons each. Regards, Advocate Rohit Dalmia 9324538481 Mumbai
