I have a thika land in new alipore and want to renovate it.
I have three TANENTs and I am ready to give them their position after construction but they are not want to cooperate.
Kindly advice the needful.
First get proper approvals, issue a notice to the tenant, and if you have influence with local authorities let them issue a notice stating that the structure is dangerous and must be renovated immediately.. Contact a local advocate for more guidance.
