Please help me out as my parents had got singned & thumb impression from me on 100 Rs. Stamp paper which is not registered and notary...is this document is valid and help ful for them for release deed....pls reply asap.

No. Unless and until the deed is not executed by paying proper stamp duty and got registered, no right or title can be released or conveyed.
