Am doing business and my wife is homemaker and not doing any job till now.
I have bought property in 2008 and registered on my wife name and also constructed house.
Recently from 1 year there disputes and it is reaching peak level...
Am trying to be wid my wife as I have 2 sons..
never i scolded her..Am just listening to her n going ahead but she is using bad words..influence is coming from her mother.
she is overconfident that house is in her name n not taking care of me and children.
even children are support to me itself and they are learning bad words.
I want to stay wid my wife n children.
she came from poor family and now she is wealth.
I wanted 2 see her old days or want to notice her share on property so that she will realize and fear amd be good wid us.
She is telling in 2008 when her father died I tool land papers and sold them n bought new property..The current house is my dads and not u gave to me.
All these are fake and there are no evidences.
How to get share on property please advice.
