I am a resident of Delhi and receiving calls to invest in Jaipur properties. Due to long distance it would be hard for me to cross check the validity etc. However, the callers are stating that they would provide me a legal agreement until the payment is done. The most exiting feature of the property is installment payments.
I am interested in farm hours in Chaksu (Jaipur-Tonk road).
Could any one of you suggest me if I should purchase the same and what should be pointed and checked before investment?
