Property got through family partition

Sir/mm,I am 40 years hindu from tamilnadu, my father 70 years, my son 12, my mom 64, and only sister married with two kids. My father owns self acquired 2 houses and and 4 residential plots. But not interested in making any will or settlement now. i understand after my dad’s life time that property may be passed to his legal heirs that is me , my mom, and my sis. My question is that after my fathers life time suppose, I get my share in family partition, do my son got any Right over that property. Can I sell those property with out my sons consent. Thanks.
