Property dispute

Dear Sir,

1).This is Prabu from Bangalore, We are staying in a leased house from past 09 years, my mother has borrowed several lakhs of rupees from our house owner @ 3.5 %interest and given to my grandfather and he paid interest only for few months but from past 2 years he did not pay any interest and the principal and interest accumulated to huge amount now. But our house owner is saying we need to repay the amount borrowed by our grandfather. When we ask this with our grandfather he and his other children are threatening us and my grandfather is telling my mom that she is not his daughter and no rights in the property also. Please advise me in this regard can we get back the money from my grandfather.

2).And there are 2 lands which is situated near by to grandfather’s house but it is not registered in my grandfather’s name only agreement from the seller at the time of purchasing the land in the year 1994.And the house which my grandfather is residing is registered in his name recently.

   Thank you
