Hello Every one,
I am subhash kumar from bihar. i have two plot in my village in which i have one plot & my uncle have 2nd plot .
i did start construction on my plot. after that my uncle did case u/s 44 on my plot with my grand pa brothers support. My grand pa was six brother in which two brother die. & my father's grand pa is only one brother.this time all plot on my grand pa & his brothers name. now, i want to that we file case u/s44 on my father's grand pa plot.

Hello Sir,
How are you? My father's Grand Father have 2 plot in my village. my grand father was four brother. now, my father is two brother. & i have two part in both plot. i have one part in 1st plot & my uncle have 2nd part in which 2nd plot. now, i did start new construction in my plot. my uncle did fill case u/s44 with my grand father brother's son support. in this case i can't do any work in my plot. now, i want to know that can i file case u/s44 on my father's grand father plot (both plot).
pls, suggest me sir.
