Is 7/12 or Property card required for a plot which is on 99 year lease fom PMRDA / PCNDTA Pimpri/ chnchwad ,Pune.
One of the consultant informed me that , for 99 year lease plot from PCNDTA 7/12 extract ot property card is not applicable .Just wanted to check if anyone in this forum has the same opinion.

You can approach the local civic body directly and enquire about this instead of going thoruigh via media and get the first hand information in this regard.
