Hi,
As relatives are not aware of fraud by accused they made some financial transaction with accused so Can any court order attachment of property of relative of accused in financial fraud case if accused is dead? can court attach dead accused's property?

For recovery of loss amount, the property of deceased accused can be attached

Property of the relative can be attached if it appears to have been acquired from proceeds of crime, fraud.
