Hi All,
In case in a family, if thier are 6 children (5 Daughter and 1 Son). Father leaves his self owned property and died leaving 6 children and wife. He did not make any will. As per law, property shall be divided into 7 portions.
But i have one doubt. In case if son gettings married and have a child (Male) will that new born child gets whole property (As it is his grand father's property)
or will that new born baby gets property share from his father's share.
Please explain me in brief..

new born babay will be entittled for the share in the share of his/her father in the ancestral property.

Thank Q Very much for your prompt reply sir.
But i heard that grand father's whole property will be automatically transfered to Grand son. Is it wrong or right.
Is it like once grand son is born, father will have no right on his father's property.
