Sir I have buy a flat a month ago. Taken loan from lic Complete payment given . but when I asked Lic agent for chain agreement he told me Lic not received chain agreement cause of loan on the seller for property. And from which group I buy they are not doing finishing work . they not receive call and not meet in office. Kindly suggest me if I have taken loan from Lic and chain agreement is not with then then wat to do. And about finishing
