Proof of service in nclt e filing

During e filing of Corporate mismanagement and fraud case between directors, during uploading of documents stage where there is "proof of Service" document which is mandatory. Could someone let me know what that is supposed to be.

The checklist message is not much helpful here: Whether proof of service of the petition/application/appeal/reply on the concerned registrar of companies and regional director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs has be filled?

you have to upload the Proof of service to the appropriate case in the nclt e-filing portal

Thank You. Could you please let me know what Proof of service might be, when the matter will be between two directors. also as a director proof of service to whom? Thnaks

Thanks again. One final query, since the company petition is not filed with NCLT, it will be just a draft copy of the petition and weather WhatsApp or email will serve for delivery or does it have to be postal mail.

you make your petition final and send petition to opposite party by post . Along with acknowledgement receipt you need to scan and file to NCLT as Affidavit of service
