Haryana Govt has issued a notice to TDI promoter Sonipat (Hr.) for recovery of External Development Charges (EDC) as per revised rates conveyed by HUDA.
TDI promoters have started sending demand notice to the customers that ` Govt. of Haryana has enhanced the EDC charges with retrospective effect and you are further required to pay the enhanced EDC charges.
Facts of the plots.
1 EDC enrolled on the licence of 2006 while allotment is of 2005 and the booking started in 2004.
2. only and last installment is pending which is to be payed after getting the offer of possession.
Now what should be done? what is the legal remedy?
