Process register case against a gpa holder

Hi,

My parents gave a GPA to a person (he is our relation) in the hope that he will be faithful in selling our property and give the money to us. He used the power and sold our property and gave only 40% of the total money.

Please can you advise is it possible to register case against this person as my parents have given GPA.

I heard that once GPA is given no case can be registered.

He is a rich man who does not pay his income tax, but using our money he has build a big tiles factory.

I am totaly blank. I require your idea to get justice.

Thanks & Regards,

Rupesh.

It depends what other documents your parents has given to the other party: whether the GPA was registered or not:

GPA was registered. Then I didn't understood the "It depends what other documents your parents has given to the other party"

Please explain me what document you are talking about.
