I read about availability of online registration portal few days back. This would really remove hassles of going to registrar and all the pain associated with it in terms of money and time.
Now, I am need to register L&L agreement for my flat rental in Pune. My yearly rent is 1,00,000 and deposit is 30,000. LL Term is 11 months.
I would like to know below from experts.
1) How much will be stamp duty and registration?
2) In online process, it asks for biometric fingerprint scan. I wonder how is this achieved or expected from individuals when every household is not expected to have biometric scanner.
