Hi,
My wife left me in August and filed 498a,3&4 DPA on me. I and my family members got AB. I have all the proofs of her allegations against me. Can someone guide me how to proceed further like when to file divorce, how to protect my proofs(some audio files) etc what i meant to ask is steps after getting AB

Engage a lawyer and contest the case with the help of evidences in your possession. You can file a divorce case even now itself.
