Dear Sir,
I want to build a house. The plot is a piece of agricultural land purchased from a Harijan who has neither got it converted from agricultural land to residential one under section 143 of Z.A. and Land Revenue Act nor has secured permission from the District Magiestrate to sell the Plot. What difficulties and legal problems I am likely to face in future ?
