Cases once decided are in the Pubic Domain, can be accessed by anyone and can be put on any website.

Unless by law itself, specific  clauses exist prohibiting some details from being revealed ( the name of  juvenile, rape victim for example... ). Those cannot be put in the public domain.

However, you  raise an interesting scenario....once  a case has been decided and penalty served why should it be in the  " public domain " if the public can be negatively influenced by it for their future course of actions ? Would not it be against the Principle of Natural Justice  - punishing an offender even after he has served his sentence ?
