I wanted to knwo about private hearing process. If a girl in D.V case wants her cross examination to be held privately then does that affects the duration of the case a lot. I mean I found that if girl files application for private case then that application will have to be considered and also objections from other party.
Can anyone tell how long does that take? Ideally DV case has to be finished in 60 days but we expect that it may take 4 months as well. So if girl applies for private cross examination then how long could this case go on?
