Pressure on the judiciary

Page no : 2

S. V. SHAH (GOVERNMENT SERVICE)     12 July 2009

During the process at the Court, while differing with the views of the Court, it is practice to cite"with due respect", but when the judges find such differentiating attitude, why they do not come forward with full details? In the Court process, it is easy to blame the Government officials for their non-function, but who will blame the judges for their such game? It is difficult to consider the corruption-less judiciary and such situation, with no conclusive end, creates such impression strenghthened in the mind of general public.
