Possession notice sec 13(4)

DCB  BANK LTD ISSUED A Possession Notice Sec 13(4) for me against my Housing Loan. Past 2 Yrs i am unable to pay the dues . They are collecting Monthly Rs.500 for past 2 yrs for ensuring i am not left the plae. Now the Total Due Amount is Rs.39L. Propery Value is 70L . Now they issued notice period of 60 days to settle the Amount. 

I need minimum 6 Months to settele the amount . Is there any way to get the stay order aginst them.

Pls Advise.
