Possession not giving by builder

Sir, I have purchase duplex at bhopal,Registry was done on Aug'15 and from last 8 months i m continiously pursuing him to give me possession but till date he had not given me possession he is just postponing and saying come today or come tomorrow. Kindly suggest me what to do next.

Issue a legal notice to builder

initiate specific performance of contract proceedings in civil court

Submit this format to your builder. So that he printed on his letter head & obtain sign & stamp from the builder.
