Of course. 'Reasonable' can be done. 'Unreasonable' cannot.

No unless he is violating the due process of law by resisting forcibly after arrest. When a person is already "arrested" then what is the justification to use "reasonable force"? What is the justification of using "reasonable force" if the arrested person is co-operating with police for investigation and due process of law? If anyone is disagreeing then please enlighten this forum by mentioning the exact provision of law that allows use of "reasonable force" on person already lawfully complying with lawful arrest?
