Workplace harassment, humiliation and hostile/toxic work environment

I am working as an Air Traffic Control Officer under Airports Authority of India and presently posted at Imphal Airport. I have been transferred to Imphal Airport from Kolkata Airport in March 2026 as 2 years Tenure Posting. Since my joining at Imphal, I have been facing tremendous Workplace Harassment, Humiliation and Hostile Work Environment from my Superiors. I have highlighted these issues twice through Email to the HR officials and Regional Executive Director at Regional Headquarter, Guwahati but still things have not changed and I continue to be targeted and harassed in every possible way. All these things are tremendously affecting my mental well being and I am suffering from anxiety and depression due to the office issues. Since my work is also safety critical in nature and requires utmost concentration, my present mental condition is not allowing me to concentrate on my job. On 03-August-2026, I have applied for transfer to my hometown Kolkata through proper channel citing the mental harassment, humiliation and Hostile Work Environment being faced by me at Imphal and these issues are affecting my mental well being , but my in-charge has refused to forward my Transfer Representation to the competent authority. In these situation, what options do I have in such a scenario? My mental condition is deteriorating if I continue to work at Imphal. The officials at Imphal are trying everything to destabilize me mentally. I need honest suggestions.
