Plzz tell me....

If a fake and false case of Dowry and Domestic Violence is going on in and in between the girl's grandfather filed a fake and false police complaint that I am giving threats to them on phone but dont tell that on which phone number I am giving threats.. My questions are: 1. Can I obtainaed copy of complaint from the police which the grand father of girl had given..is their any legal way 2. When I asked the concerned inspector regarding the copy of complaint he refused to give and said it is not possible....Is he right? 3. In the complaint they had given my number but not given any number on which i my giving threats, can I ask to provide me that number? 4.Is there any way to stop this kind of fake complaints in future? Actually I am.fighting all the cases on merits and now their cross examination is going to b held on next date..

1. you can get all these information by filing rti to concern department .2. to stop all these false complaints against you by your fil you may contact to the SP of your district and give him all the details of your running cases in the court and also the malafied intention of your fil to file false complaints against you in the police station to make harassment of your , request the SP to restrain your fil for all these harassment and warn your fil to stop it ,and register a complaint u/s 182 ipc against your fil as he is giving and filing false complaint on giving wrong information against you in the police station . but first get all the proofs through rti .

yes, you can, file an application under section 6 of Right to Information act along with the fee and get the complaint copy within 30 days from the receipt of the application.
