I didn't restrict the querist to ask question.Read my post carefully.Notice the thin line. What enraged me is the approach shown by the querist reflected by his statement "Could you tell where it's written.......".The statement itself enough to construe the meaning that the querist is questioning the advice merely on the basis of pre idea cemented in his mind by the virtue of his knowledge database.Am I expected to teach someone about every provision of law and every citation!? Am I expected to act like a lecturer lecturing to his pupil!?
