hi friends, can you please advise the points considered while considering maintainence under HMA 24 or 125 or DV
if suppose husband earns 18000 rs of which
he earns rs 2000 as performance award per month (which entirely depends on his performance that month)
he earns Rs 1800 as over time (it the company gives some overtime)
and whatever else that he earns on his overall work performance.. which is entirely dependent on his work performance.

does the court also consider this other performance income also into consideration while calculating his maintainence.?
if he fails to perform the next month. and doesnt ean the allowances and there is no overtime given. then what happens? if his income gets reduced?
