i want help on following matter
1) how much rent increase permitted for period till 1987 and october 1987-march 2001 and from april 2001 onwards under maharshtra rent contol act and bombay rent act
as per my info 15% for 5 years till 1987 and from oct 1987 , 5% pa and from 01/04/2001 , 4% per annum.
2) secondly rent can be increased if property tax increases so law says rent can be increased 4 % per annum , my question is 4 % will be on rent which include increase on account of property tax also.....
